So, we want to share with you some of the stories we get to hear — stories of life change, stories of transformation. Today’s story comes from a mom who utilizes the principles of ScreamFree in her marriage, family, and work as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

I cannot begin to explain to you how much my life has changed after reading your two books “Scream Free Parenting” and “Scream Free Marriage.” I started reading screamfree marriage first because I figured I better start with my marriage before I move on to my kids. At this time I have a nine month old daughter, I feel so much more prepared in raising her and hopefully her siblings in the future. My marriage has been better than ever. I have been married for five and a half years and have to say had many problems adjusting in the beginning. Everything you said in your marriage book I could totally relate to and have experienced so much of what you have discussed. I believe that because of your books my marriage and parenting and life has been improved significantly and has contributed to my happiness over all. As you said, I only have to focus on myself and you are so right! I have to also say that I am a Licensed Professional Counselor myself and your knowledge has and will continue to help me with my career as a therapist. I just wanted to let you know that I am grateful for your work and think you are a genius!!! Thank you again for helping me find peace and helping me live a screamfree life.
